Finilyst provides research reports only. A client decides and places every trade on their own. Fees are for research and never depend on how a recommendation performs.

One-time registration: Silver and Gold

Silver and Gold are one-time registration plans. Each gives 5 days of access to one research service. A client can register for them once.

Fee limits that apply to every plan. For individual and HUF clients the maximum fee is ₹1,51,000 per year per family, for all research services together, excluding statutory charges. A family cannot combine plans beyond this limit. Advance fees are collected for one quarter at most, so annual plans are billed quarterly. We do not charge any cancellation or breakage fee, and unused fees are refunded as set out in our refund policy. Clients may also pay through the optional Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) run by BSE Limited.

Refund policy

You or Finilyst may end the research service before it expires.
If a Standard or Advance service ends early, you receive a refund of the fees for the unexpired period only, in proportion to the time left.
Silver and Gold registration fees are refunded as per SEBI rules, for the unexpired period of the service.
We do not charge any cancellation or breakage fee.
Fees are collected in advance only if you agree, and never for more than one quarter.
Any amount collected above the limit SEBI sets, or paid twice, is refunded.
Refunds are paid back through banking channels. Refunds are processed within 21 days of your request.

Most Important Terms and Conditions

The terms every client accepts

These points summarise the standard MITC. The full document is shared with each client before the service starts, and the client's consent is recorded.

The client chooses to subscribe to the research service at their own discretion.
Finilyst cannot execute any purchase or sale transaction on behalf of a client.
The fee is subject to the maximum SEBI or RAASB prescribes for individual and HUF clients, currently ₹1,51,000 per year per family, excluding statutory charges.
Advance fees do not exceed the period SEBI stipulates, presently one quarter.

Finilyst may suspend or end the service on stated grounds, and refunds unused fees as per its policy.
Finilyst cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy or risk-free investments.
The client relies on research reports at their own judgement and assessment.
Complaints follow the grievance process above, including SCORES and SMART ODR.
